Vacation/Out of Office Message

If you are a JHEM Customer, you may set a vacation message for those times when you are out of the office.  Please follow these steps:

1. Connect via your web browser to JHEM

2. Click on Options in the top menu.

3. Click on the Vacation Message link in the left menu.

4. Enable your automatic vacation reply and set your Start and Stop dates.

5. Be sure to put at least a "1" in the Number-of-days-between-replies box.  This will prevent unwanted loops that can cause you to go over quota. 

6. Hint: the Internal Message box does not work.

7. Save your changes.  They will be visible after you log out and log back in.
